We want you to love what you ordered. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU and Swedish consumer law (the right of withdrawal).

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded — this will be noted on the product page.

How to return

1. Email contact@ganimarka.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We'll confirm and send return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the parcel back within 14 days of receiving instructions.

Refunds & return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Faulty items

Your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act are unaffected. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right.
