Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.ganimarka.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Decode Stockholm AB (Baldersvägen 9, 191 45 Sollentuna, Sweden) — "Ganimarka", "we", "us"; full company registration details are in our Contact Information policy. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or pricing is shown in error — and will refund any payment taken.

2. Products & fulfilment

Ganimarka is a curated multi-brand store. Orders are fulfilled by our partner and ship from our partner warehouse in the EU (shown on each product page as "Ships from"). Whoever fulfils your order, your contract of sale is with Decode Stockholm AB ("Ganimarka") as the seller, and we remain responsible to you for the order, delivery, returns and your statutory consumer rights. A partner's own terms do not affect the rights you have against us.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your market's currency (SEK, NOK or EUR) and include applicable VAT for Sweden and the EU. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown at the time of your order. Payment is taken at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties or VAT for orders to Norway are the customer's responsibility — see our Shipping page.

5. Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers in the EU and Sweden have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason. If you withdraw we refund the price including the original standard delivery cost. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise it; you may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law; this does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Consumers resident in another EU country can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
