These Terms of Service govern your use of www.ganimarka.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Decode Stockholm AB (Baldersvägen 9, 191 45 Sollentuna, Sweden) — "Ganimarka", "we", "us"; full company registration details are in our Contact Information policy. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or pricing is shown in error — and will refund any payment taken.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your market's currency (SEK, NOK or EUR) and include applicable VAT for Sweden and the EU. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown at the time of your order. Payment is taken at checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties or VAT for orders to Norway are the customer's responsibility — see our Shipping page.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers in the EU and Sweden have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise it.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
