How do I place an order?
Choose your colour and size, add to cart, and check out. You can order as a guest — no account required.
I didn't get an order confirmation.
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, email contact@ganimarka.com and we'll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best before the order is dispatched, but once it's with the shipping partner we may not be able to change it.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email a tracking link so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery. Can't find it? Check spam, or email us.
An item I want is out of stock.
Stock updates regularly as our partners restock. Check back, or contact us and we'll let you know if it's expected to return.
