You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason — the EU right of withdrawal. Let us know within the 14 days, then send the item(s) back no later than 14 days after telling us.

Email contact@ganimarka.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions. You can also use our model withdrawal form, but it's optional.

Yes — you can handle and try items on as you would in a shop. You're only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check them, such as wearing them outdoors or washing them. Sending items back with their tags and packaging helps us process your return faster. Sealed hygiene items (e.g. swimwear or underwear with a hygiene seal) can't be returned once unsealed — this is shown on the product page.

Return shipping is arranged by you and at your own cost, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

We refund the price including the original standard delivery cost to your original payment method no later than 14 days after you tell us you're withdrawing. We may wait until we've received the item(s) or proof that you've sent them back.
