How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with the EU right of withdrawal.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@ganimarka.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their tags and original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is arranged by you and at your own cost, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Can I exchange instead of return?
The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Refunds
When and how will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method, normally within a few business days of approval.
